our children are going to have a blast playing different solo and team games like dodge ball, zombie tag, 4 corners, jump rope and more. They will learn cool martial arts moves as well as creating crafts and playing different board games, card games and read books. 

Children between the ages of 5 and 10 are in the “dynamo” stage of development.

They are now at a point where basic skills become the foundation for their continued growth. With the right mindset and curriculum, martial arts can help them build a more solid foundation for basic fundamental skills, which are essential for continued development.

There are many activities available for kids these days to take part in. However, there’s no program which encompasses character development and physical education like martial arts.

There are several reasons why martial arts are amazing for a child’s development, especially when compared to most team sports. Let’s go over some of those reasons.

Kids and parents were practicing “hands on” how it feels when someone calls them names and how to react to it. We then progressed to physical bullying and worked on practical self-defense.

Many parents participated and were helping their kids in the funnest halloween game - Toilet Paper Mummies - where children used toilet paper to wrap their friends and make mummies out of them. Then the parents get to chase the kids walking around with their hand out like real mummies.

Our instructors were selected by the world’s largest martial arts supplier to be featured in their catalogs, social media, website and posters.

Tournament are a great way for students to participate in an event that test theirs physical and mental skills. Our students had a chance to compete in forms, self-defense, sparring, weapons and board breaking competitions.

Many of our students who are on the Leadership team walked away with 4 medals!
