We're excited to announce that Reveal Martial Arts raised $1,025 for Old Union Elementary PTO in Southlake, Texas, through our recent Parents Night Out fundraiser!
This special event brought our community together for a meaningful purpose: giving children a fun experience while helping support the school programs and activities that make a difference in their education.
We're incredibly grateful to the families who participated and helped make this fundraiser a success!
Presenting $1,025 to Old Union Elementary PTO
One of the most rewarding moments came when we welcomed Trish Carpi, President of Old Union Elementary PTO, to our Reveal Martial Arts Southlake studio.
Our team had the pleasure of personally presenting Trish with a check for $1,025, representing the funds raised through our Parents Night Out event.
It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our partnership with Old Union Elementary and recognize the dedicated parents and volunteers who contribute so much to the school community.
Parent-teacher organizations play an important role in supporting students, teachers, and school activities. We're proud to contribute to those efforts and help strengthen the community our students call home.
Parents Night Out: Having Fun While Giving Back
At Reveal Martial Arts, we believe fundraising should be something families can genuinely enjoy participating in.
That's one reason we love organizing Parents Night Out fundraisers!
These special events give children an opportunity to enjoy an exciting evening in a positive, supervised environment while parents get some well-deserved time to themselves.
And when the event supports a local school, the experience becomes even more meaningful.
Children get to have fun, families support a worthwhile cause, and the school benefits from the funds raised.
It's a simple idea with a powerful result: bringing people together to make a positive difference.
More Than $50,000 Raised and Donated to Local Causes Since 2008
Supporting our community isn't something new for Reveal Martial Arts.
Since opening our doors in 2008, we've believed that building strong children goes far beyond teaching punches, kicks, and self-defense.
It also means helping children understand the importance of kindness, teamwork, responsibility, and giving back to others.
Those values are part of what we teach through our kids' martial arts classes, and they're equally important in the way we operate our business.
Over the years, we've partnered with local schools, parent organizations, and community groups throughout Southlake, Trophy Club, Haslet, and surrounding North Texas communities.
Together with our incredible Reveal families, we've now helped raise and donate more than $50,000 to local schools, charities, and community causes!
That number represents years of generosity, participation, and teamwork from families who believe in making a difference.
Some of Our Previous School Fundraising Success Stories
We're proud of the many school partnerships we've developed over the years. Here are just a few examples:
- $1,000 raised for Beck Elementary PTA in Trophy Club: In April 2025, our Minecraft-themed Parents Night Out brought children together for an evening of games, teamwork, martial arts, and fun while supporting Beck Elementary.
- $1,015 raised for Lakeview Elementary PTA in Trophy Club: Our February 2024 Parents Night Out helped support Lakeview Elementary while giving children an exciting evening filled with martial arts activities, games, and friendships.
- $650 raised for Carter Elementary PTA in Haslet: In August 2024, we partnered with Carter Elementary to offer a special four-week martial arts Confidence Course that helped children develop valuable life skills while raising money for their school.
- $810 raised for Carroll Elementary PTO in Southlake: In December 2018, 27 children participated in a special Parents Night Out fundraiser featuring martial arts, games, pizza, and a movie to benefit Carroll Elementary.
- $750 raised for Lakeview Elementary PTA in Trophy Club: Also in December 2018, we hosted another Parents Night Out fundraiser benefiting Lakeview Elementary, bringing families together for a fun evening while supporting their PTA.
These five fundraisers alone generated $4,225 for local elementary school organizations.
And now, with an additional $1,025 raised for Old Union Elementary PTO, these six highlighted school fundraising events represent $5,250 in contributions.
They're just a small part of our broader history of community giving.
Every donation, whether large or small, represents families coming together to support children, teachers, schools, and worthwhile causes.
And we're excited to keep building on that tradition!

Our mission at Reveal Martial Arts is to help children become confident, disciplined, respectful young people.
But we also believe children benefit from seeing the adults around them demonstrate those same values.
When families participate in a fundraiser, they're doing more than making a financial contribution.
They're showing children what it looks like to care about their community, support their schools, and work together toward a shared goal.
These experiences reinforce an important lesson we teach on the martial arts mat:
Real leadership isn't just about what you accomplish for yourself. It's also about the positive difference you make for others.
We're proud to be part of the Southlake community and grateful for the opportunity to support organizations like Old Union Elementary PTO.
