💡 So What Is a Leadership Supersession?

Our Leadership Supersessions take place every 8 weeks and are open to all kids, teens and adults in our Leadership Program. These aren’t typical martial arts classes. They are immersive, high-energy events packed with purpose. Through our Level 1, 2, and 3 Leadership curriculum, students focus on the three pillars of our program:

🧍 Stand Tall – Posture, presence, and the art of showing up confidently.
👀 Eye Contact – Looking others in the eye with respect and self-assurance.
🗣️ Speak Clearly – Using your voice with strength, kindness, and conviction.

Every Supersession is built to push our students a little further. They practice real-life leadership skills like public speaking, coaching peers, team collaboration, and self-reflection.

🎯 What Your Child Will Do at the Supersession

During the Leadership Supersession, students:

Practice speaking in front of others, reading from their leadership journals and sharing personal stories.
Coach and partner with newer or younger students, building empathy and communication.
Lead drills and demonstrate techniques in front of the group, helping them take ownership and build presence.
Receive direct feedback from Reveal’s senior instructors, helping them grow with encouragement and clarity.
Play leadership-themed games that teach teamwork, strategy, and how to lead under pressure.

We create an environment where it’s safe to take risks—to speak up, try something new, or even mess up a little, because that’s where real growth happens.
