We don’t think in months—we think in milestones. From White Belt to Black Belt and beyond, our program is designed to be more than a hobby. It’s a transformational path—one that prepares your child for leadership, college, and life.

🥋 What Happens Along the Journey?
1. The First Step (Ages 4–6)
We focus on building trust and creating a safe, engaging space.
Kids learn to follow directions, show respect, and say “Yes, Sir!” and “Yes, Ma’am!”
They gain courage just by being on the mat.
2. The Elementary Years (Ages 7–10)
Discipline and focus kick in as they begin setting goals and working toward new belts.
Perseverance, self-control, and courtesy are reinforced weekly.
Their confidence begins to grow—quietly at first, but steadily.
3. The Middle School Phase (Ages 11–13)
This is where the magic happens. They begin leading warmups and mentoring younger students.
Public speaking and leadership development become part of their regular training.
You’ll see them speak clearly, use strong eye contact, and take pride in their growth.
4. The Teen Years (Ages 14–18)
They step into our Leadership Program (learn more here) where they train in communication, accountability, and motivation.
Many become assistant or paid instructors.
They start applying what they’ve learned in school, on teams, and in job interviews.
